Terms and Conditions of Participation
Terms and conditions for taking part in the AMB competition from 01.08.2022 to 31.08.2022 organised by KELCH GmbH Weinstadt. The competition will be communicated via the KELCH GmbH LinkedIn corporate profile.
Entry period
The competition will open on 01.08.2022 at 18:00 German time and end on 31.08.2022 at 23:59:00.
Organiser
The organiser of the competition is KELCH GmbH | Werkstrasse 30 | D - 71384 Weinstadt, Germany.
Eligibility
All natural persons resident in Germany who are at least 18 years of age at the time of participation are eligible to take part. The prize will not be awarded to participants under the age of 18. Employees of KELCH GmbH or associated companies, their relatives and all persons involved in the organisation of this competition are excluded from participation. Participation with forged identities or the use of third-party identities is prohibited.
Participation is independent of the use of KELCH GmbH services. Use of the services offered by the organiser does not increase the participant's chances of winning.
Participants can enter by 'liking' the blog about the competition, following @KELCH GmbH, and commenting on it with #AMBexpo.
Prizes
80 names will be drawn from all participants entered. These people will receive tickets for the International Exhibition for Metal Working AMB 2022 in Stuttgart from 13 to 17 September.
Notification and use of the prizes
The winners of the competition will be selected by drawing names. KELCH GmbH will inform you by email if you have won. The winners will then be obliged to send their full name and e-mail-address by email to validate their claim to the prize.
The prize will be emailed to each winner once they have forwarded their email address to us. The prize will then be sent out between 01.09.2022 and 08.09.2022.
If the winner's personal data has not been forwarded to KELCH GmbH within 14 days of notification of winning, this person will then forfeit the prize. No further winner will be drawn for this ticket.
Cancellation
The event organiser reserves the right to suspend, prematurely terminate or cancel the competition at any time without giving any reason. This right shall be exercised in particular if the correct and proper organisation of the competition cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons.
Responsible body
The competition is not supported by or linked to any of the above social networks, nor is it sponsored, supported or organised by them.
The body responsible for the competition is KELCH GmbH. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the competition should be directed to KELCH GmbH | Werkstrasse 30 | D - 71384 Weinstadt, Germany.
Legal process
The company's decision is final.
Privacy
By participating in the competition, the participant agrees that their data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of organising the competition. Their data will be deleted on completion of the competition. Personal data will not be stored for commercial purposes. Personal data will not be forwarded to third parties. All information provided is subject to the organiser's Privacy Policy. Participants also consent to personal contact by KELCH GmbH by voluntarily entering their contact data.

Applicable law
The competition is exclusively governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
