One of the stars on your KELCH Roadshow is our solid tool setting device KENOVA set line V345. This development from the INDUSTRIAL line is one of the new generation of tool setting devices and could become a valuable partner for your smart production. The performance profile includes an optimal design for current industrial requirements, interfaces for efficient digital networking in the Smart Factory, combined with the well-known high precision from KELCH.

Control and precision - these two prerequisites for efficient manufacturing according to Industry 4.0 are fulfilled by our digital measuring system Safecontrol 4.0, which we will also present to you as part of our roadshow. It was developed to measure the pull-in forces of machine tool spindles and is also suitable for testing extensions, reducers and zero point clamping systems.

Also on board at our roadshow is the innovative i-tec® M mold shrink system. Its modular design allows successive adaptation to your needs - starting with a low-cost entry-level model, you can move up to premium equipment depending on your requirements. Special features in all configuration levels are the consistently high process reliability and material-friendly application. We also offer a wide range of different shrink fit chucks.
