Flood catastrophe: KELCH helps customers and partners

Donation to the “Aktion Deutschland Hilft” aid organisation

Flood aid for our customers! KELCH is helping to provide the necessary information for insurance claims and is offering an additional 10 percent “Flood aid” discount on any new equipment now needed. KELCH has also spontaneously joined the “Aktion Deutschland Hilft” aid organisation, making a donation of over €1,000. “Aktion Deutschland Hilft” is the alliance of German aid organisations, which jointly provides fast, coordinated aid.
Our Service department has already been in contact with the first customers whose KELCH equipment has been damaged by the floods. Günter Schwegler, Head of After Sales Services at KELCH, reports: “We are already involved and helping the first customers in Germany and neighbouring countries affected by the flooding.” And KELCH Sales Director Thomas Herde explains: “We are quickly determining the level of damage for insurance claims and checking whether damaged KELCH equipment can be repaired.
